The American Council on Germany and Deutsches Haus at NYU cordially invite you to attend a Discussion and Breakfast with Dr. Eckart Woertz, Senior Researcher at the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB) who will discuss “Germany, Spain, and the Euro Crisis.”

Dr. Eckart Woertz is a Senior Researcher at the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB). Formerly he was a visiting fellow at Princeton University, Director of Economic Studies at the Gulf Research Center in Dubai and worked for banks in Germany and the United Arab Emirates. He is author of Oil for Food (Oxford University Press, 2013), Editor of GCC Financial Markets (Berlin; London: Gerlach 2012) and holds a PhD in Economics from Friedrich-Alexander University, Erlangen-Nuremberg.
