Stay connected with fellow alumni and students and receive updates on all that takes place at the University through shared interest groups & networks!

What's an Alumni Affinity Group?

Affinity groups consist of alumni who come together because of a shared common bond or mutual interest. These groups allow alumni to connect with one another, and also provide students opportunities to interact with alumni in a more meaningful way.

Why should I join?

Affinity groups provide you with an opportunity to engage in activities related to your special interests with wonderful company: your fellow NYU alumni, current students, and community members!

Alumni Parenting Club

The Alumni Parenting Club will serve as a network for alumni parents, their families, and members of the greater NYU community through activities, events, and virtual communication. Maximize time spent with your family and your alma mater! RA Alumni

Feeling nostalgic for your days at Weinstein or Third North? A group for former Resident Assistants from all of the NYU residence halls. Reconnect with fellow RAs, get campus updates on the latest developments in student housing, and maybe even pay a visit to your former residence hall! Green Alumni Network

Greek Alumni Alliance

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans-gendered, and Queer (LGBTQ) Alumni Council

NYU Cares

The Community Service Group seeks to bring together alumni, students, and other community members interested in making a positive impact on society. Members will have the opportunity to participate in rewarding and fulfilling community service projects throughout the five boroughs.

Empty Nester Group

The Empty Nester Group will serve as a network for "empty nesters". This group seeks to engage alumni, students, and members of greater NYU community through events and virtual communication of interest to "empty nesters". NYU Veterans Alliance

This group is for current or former military service members within the campus community, as well as members of the greater community who share NYU experiences with them. This is a non-partisan affinity group that was created to cultivate a respectful, responsive, and encouraging environment within the alumni network to support the unique experience and knowledge that veterans bring to NYU. Global NYU

Did you have a study abroad experience at NYU that you'll remember for the rest of your life?
